Model Withdrawal Form

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish LGDCU (Articles 102–108), you have the right to withdraw from any Quest purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason.

You may use the model form below to exercise your right of withdrawal. Use of this form is not mandatory — any clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient.

How to Submit

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send the completed form (or any clear statement) to:

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (email) without delay.

Important Notes

• The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• If you withdraw within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
• If you expressly consented to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content was fully provided, your right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
