Cursus Vitae is a web-based career document platform that helps job seekers improve how they present their professional experience. Through conversation with Elena, an AI career companion powered by Anthropic's Claude language models, users can explore career domains, compare job requirements against their CV content, and prepare stronger career documents.

When you interact with Elena, you are interacting with an AI system, not a human advisor. Elena evaluates your career documents — not you as a person. Elena does not score, grade, rank, or classify users, and does not make recruitment or employment decisions on behalf of any third party. All suggestions require your explicit approval before any changes are made to your documents.

3. Applicable Legislation

This website and its services are governed by Spanish and European Union law, including applicable legislation on electronic commerce, data protection, consumer rights, AI transparency, and digital content.
